Barracuda will be performing upgrades to Backup Cloud infrastructure at our Tokyo, Japan datacenter between 6pm on April 19 and 12am on April 20 (6 hrs). There will be occasional short periods during this window where customer cloud data replication will be disrupted, but otherwise customers should not expect service interruption. Local backups will run as normal during this window and customers will be able to access the web user interface as normal.
