Engineering has implemented a fix that has remediated the problem. Customers should be able to view their device list now and billing.barracuda.com should be functioning again. Will provide another update within 30 minutes.

Investigating
We are seeing problems with an API service that allows Barracuda Backup customers to view their device list. Barracuda first started seeing this degraded service at 11:40am. Barracuda Engineering is aware and is working to restore full functionality for all customers.

This is not affecting customers' ability to backup or replicate data.
