This morning, Barracuda Networks was made aware of an incident regarding email sent from customer email servers to the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service hosted in the United States. Mail sent to this region was being deferred by customer email servers. All US customers are affected by this outage. If you are using the Cloud Archiving Service and in the United States you may notice mail being bounced and retried due to server disconnects.
Barracuda has identified the issue causing this problem. No email data loss has occurred.
