On Friday, September 13, beginning at 9:00 PM PDT and scheduled to complete at Saturday, September 14 at 3:00 AM PDT, we will be performing maintenance on our ordering systems. During this time, some product functionality is expected to be impacted:

1. Customers will not be able to create support tickets using Barracuda Cloud Control.
2. Some customers will not be able to login to Barracuda Campus, or create new accounts.
3. Some customers may experience failures when trying to activate Barracuda products or sign up for new product trials. These operations will need to be retried once maintenance is complete.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
