Identified

We have identified an issue that is affecting a set number of customers in the Japan region. We are actively working to resolve the issue, continue to check this page for more updates.

This issue will affect the following components:
- Customers with File Share backups configured cannot see their File Share data in the Restore browser
- Replication for File Share data has not occurred since 3 AM UTC on January 27. This will cause the replication
queue age to grow in the dashboard.
- Customers may also receive an email notification regarding their replication queue age.
- Customers will be unable to make configuration changes
