This incident affected: Cloud Archiving Service (Web Interface, End-user Access, Mail Processing, Exchange Integration, PST Import), Backup Service (Web Interface, Email Alerts / Reports, Offsite Transfers), Cloud to Cloud Backup (Web Interface, Office 365 Integration), Message Archiver (Cloud Replication), and ECHOplatform.
