SentinelOne has identified the issue and is in the process of recovery. All affected agents should be re-connected to the management console soon.

We are aware of a connectivity issue affecting a portion of SentinelOne agents and our management console. We are actively working with SentinelOne’s engineers to resolve the issue. The affected agents continue to provide full protection on local endpoints. We will update this status page as soon as the issue is resolved.
