Barracuda XDR has observed that a small number of users are experiencing difficulties with the new login process in our dashboard. In certain instances, users are unsure of the email address associated with their XDR account username, thus preventing them from logging in with their email and password. Additionally, some users who possess a Barracuda Cloud Control account are encountering errors due to discrepancies between the email addresses associated with their Cloud Control and XDR accounts.
To circumvent these issues, users may log in using the legacy authentication method with their username and password via the following link: https://dashboard.skoutsecure.com/react-login-legacy. We strongly encourage users to collaborate with their administrative support teams to resolve these discrepancies, enabling users to log in using their email addresses. This is crucial as XDR will soon transition to an email-based login system as part of our Barracuda One platform integration. This transition will facilitate SSO-based login, permitting a single session to be utilized across XDR and other Barracuda products.
